Great angle, and I love the way that the fish contrast so well against the surface light up there. I have only 1 suggestion though: maybe make some light areas of reflection in the diver's bubbles? Only slightly though, because I believe the bubbles would refract the light from above. Everything else looks perfect though!

I have absolutely no idea how you have produced this amazing image. (Well...that's no great statement as I use Lightwave, Bryce and Terrigen) I think this should be number 1 in the hot 20. Fantastic!!
