Description
I was reading about the recent controversy surrounding the removal of J W Waterhouse's "Hylas and the Nymphs" from the walls of the Manchester Gallery. Whatever your opinion of the right or wrong of it, its a magnificent painting and so as tribute to the masterful Mr Waterhouse, here's an inscrutable and capricious Naïad of my own in her forest pool...
