it has very small undeveloped wings. I tried to find it's name with no luck. I was thinking it was some sort of wasp that left the cocoon that wings develope afterwards

Cool macro of this critter, Richard. I've seen a few of these guys in the past - it appears to be an ant species, but no idea which kind.
