Hi there, here's a few pics of my latest head, which I have been working on for quite a long time. There's also a small test animation with basic lighting of this head which can be viewed here.

you have progressed far these months :) your first head didnt look to good (so i thought) but this is exelent. My only problem with this is the hair.

Thank you very much for all your kind comments, to answer ThirdEye, this is the third set of textures that I made for this head, the first ones were all hand painted, but they lacked something, the final ones were half photo and half painted, I hope I can get to a point where I can make really good 100% hand painted textures

Fantastic work!!!! Can't believe how far you push the Maya's standard renderer. One complaint though. The central teeth on the bottom row appear a bit odd!? Beautiful model an deformation though! Kudos.

When I first looked at it I swore that it was a photo of someone's girlfriend that they just posted on here as a joke... then I looked at your entire gallery and I must say how impressed I am. I couldn't believe that someone could get even MORE realistic than Final Fantasy! Good job!

I agree with all of them, my only complaint is, the teeth seem too perfect for me, but that would be it. I wish i could do stuff like this.

this is a GREAT image, but because the hair looks too thin and the teeth don't look quite right, i'm going to give you a 9, and it's your fault for setting such high standards(wanna sell those textures?)
