Description

I was just experimenting really, not really sure what kinda style I wanted, but I found myself heading towards this way. I'm more happy with the lefthand side of the hair than the right. I found the highlight colour by chance, but think it works really well for the hair colour. Maybe the background was thw wrong colour for the portrait, but I only decided on it at the last minute. Thankyou Bloodsong for the brushes, which can be found at http://www.3dmenagerie.com/goodies/bag/hairyb.zip Opinions, tips needed :D Cheers JoeBlack

Awesome, Joey! You are gettin the hang of it quickly. I told ya that wacom would be a good thing! LOL Only thing I would suggest now is taking the smudge brush, like a small stippled one, and work on the hair line, i do a bit of up and down strokes, but experiment to find what works for you. You might want to try different hardness and steps while you are doing it, see what feels right.
