Description

Morrigan. Detail. A figure from Irish mythology who appears to have once been a goddess. She is associated with sovereignty, prophecy, war, and death on the battlefield. She sometimes appears in the form of a carrion crow, flying above the warriors.

Wow this is a stunning image of an oft forgotten Goddess. She has such a haunted look and the soft color pallete underlies her sad expression. I really love how you've pieced together a wonderfully textured outfit, it is post modern but somehow fitting.
