Description

Sadly Mitzi is gone. I took a chance adopting a senior dog. I knew from her test after I adopted that she had some kidney problems. She was so sweet and I wish we had more time together, but at least her last year was filled with love. I will miss you, you sweet girl. She passed peacefully at the vets with me holding her. Now it's time for me to mourn.

too bad about her dying. the same thing happened to me with the adoption of a Malamute that had heart worms without my knowledge. at least he died out of the poorly ran shelter. you gave her a chance she may not have. one of my current dogs spent 11 months in the shelter until I adopted her. she is a good dog and they know when they leave the shelter and they are very happy
