Description

I was'nt going to post this because of the banding in the Atmos when compressed to a j-peg...but in a wierd way I think it kinda works in this image. Postwork in Photoshop. TFV.

Guess I need a better monitor, because I barely notice the banding. Great image.

The sense of near moons seems promissed but the idea of anything but dust migrating is novel in an abandonned way. That I think is the surprises that are coming. Many common events on earth have been written off for other planets. The true new has not yet volunteered so there is the sense of suspense.

Great work Jeff....I cant see the banding issues you mention on a 22" CRT at work?! Is it me or are there lots of "bugs or buglike creatures in this shot?" I see scurrying tribble / sandworms Fore/Mid right headding off towards the distance. Mid Right I see a creature dragging its shell like body towards us. Fore Left I see a bug on its back with its legs in the air & possibly its long ventrils trailing off. The atmos & Moons ork really well & compliment the plants terrain exquisitely, hpowever the moons do look like they are a bit too close to each other..."Things that go bump iin the night! :)" Nice framing ratio also :) Great work as always Jeff :) 5*

I think we've all had banding issues (please don't look at mine :) )...but this is super and I don't notice any banding. Agree with woz about the closeness of the moons but they still look awesome....overall....excellent work!

The update dropped my "new art" links, woke up one day and logged on and realized I'd missed a lot of your work. This one works very well indeed.
