Description

The ships may not be actual Traveller ships, but since you can design your own any decent ship will do. And this is a decent ship. This Colony Lander vessel by Shawnaloroc inspired this image. I've been a fan of Traveller the pen and paper RPG since it was created, though have only played a few times. I still buy the current rule sets when available but my first love was the original (Classic) Traveller. I recently retired and have around 15,000 words in a Traveller novel I am writing, set in the 3rd Imperium. I should be though with it by the fall, after my beta readers give me feedback. I hope Mr. Miller will let me self-publish it. Anyway, this is a faux cover. Note: This is not the character in my book. Though she would have sex-appeal. ;) Thanks for looking, its been a while. Have a good one. rap Also Uzilite Suit Christine Hair Vicky IV Some Stomemason props Rendered in Vue.

Cool! Great illustration. Somewhere in storage I've still got the original boxed Traveller rules set I was given as a teenager.

Now you need to model and rig a 'Hiver'.

If I knew how to model that is. ;) I'm just a poser. Though I have stumbled through some 3D apps. I can't make it over the learning curve.

Ahh Traveller! That brings back many fond memories. Possibly the only RPG I was able to retire a character offically. My Freetrader who could do three things trade, speculate and fight with a sword (at skill 5). He ended up as a landed sword trainer for an Aslani clan. Look up http://robcaswell.deviantart.com/ he is a former Traveller artist and his page will possibly bring back as many good memories as it does for me. And your picture is great.

Ah Traveller. It turns out there are a lot more gas giants out there than they thought. I always thought there were. I used to GM it decades ago. Great cover image.
