Description

M33 or the Triangulum Galaxy lies about 3 million light years away in the constellation Triangulum. The individual sub-frames were gathered over a period of around one month (mainly due to lots of cloudy nights!) Equipment used includes a TMB 152/1200 refractor telescope and an SBIG STL11000M monochrome CCD camera using an LRGB filter set. Individual images stacked and processed using CCDSoft, Maxim DL, and Photoshop software to create the final image.
