Description
This is a recently refurbished car. A lot of work went into this with a lot of care, we'll look at some details.
Yes, that is a functioning bar and it opens when the train gets underway. The car is also nicely air conditioned so this is a pretty laid back way to travel to Paradise and back. If anyone wants more details on this line, I highly recommend the publication: https://www.arcadiapublishing.com/Products/9781467125079 "Images of Rail, Strasburg Rail Road". It's about $20 and loaded with info and pictures. No, I don't get a cut. I am a big fan of the publications from these folks and have a decent collection.
We're almost done here. Got to decide where to head next. Can you handle more Civil War sites, etc.?

Indeed we do! Some of the cars/coaches serve food but we gave that a miss. This looks like a higher standard of service and like a lot of fun. Thanks for sharing.

WOW! THanks Weesel and blinkings! These are SO nice! I'd love to take an excursion in a car like this! Not only wonderful wood work, but also beautiful stain glass windows giving a color tint to the interior. Keep up the good work! :-)
