Description
This is my homage to my continuing (never ending it seems) fight with DAZ Tech Support (at least that is what they call it) As some of you may know none of may recent purchases work for me. DAZ tech support's response is they work for them so it's my problem. I thought I might have found they problem in that a recent DIM and Daz Studio update came through and my virus program blocked parts of it as possible Ransomware. Now my antivirus tech support is far superior to what DAZ has so they got back to me right away. They told me updates that do not have a digital signature get blocked. I guess DAZ is ashamed to sign there work. Anyway I white listed DAZ and just so happened another DAZ studio update came through and it installed no problem but newer products still will not work. DAZ support has already chastised me for uninstalling and reinstalling the products. I written to them and sent them additional screen shots. Asking if it is OK now to uninstall everything and start over. One magnificent tech refused to deal with me further as I would only send him screen shots and not a video of what I did. I guess he wanted to see me actually clicking on an icon and not the screen shot of the result. I went for years with Poser and never had a problem, but in 2016 and now 2017 since my video card went bad, it has been one thing after another. Karma I guess for all the good years catching up with me. Problem now is with after market morphs purchased though DAZ just will not work. Note morphs purchased through Rendo work but a bugger to use, so far it appears on the few things I have gotten everything is listed under the vendors name, so I guess I will have to limit my purchases to a limited select vendors.

I'm so sorry you are having so much trouble with purchases. what you are managing to post looks awesome. the lighting looks fantastic and the girl is beautiful. I love her pose and expression.

The Trouble With Tec support They Can't understand What you are saying And they Don't Want to be the ones Who Told you to Delete the files or Uninstall the files the are not program files they are just Runtime Files files go and use Install manager to uninstall all the files then now this put all the files in their proper place reinstall the ones you are using most you can always reinstall the others later

always tricky if you have issues with daz. i never install through the dim or install manager i always do manually. are you sure that the files are not ancrypted,they have stuff now that only installs through daz connect??.i try to avoid those files but sometimes i dont pay attention and fall for it.(getting old i presume), meanwhile very nice work bro.
