Hope all are well, question. How many are concerned about this Coronavirus crossing the globe?
I'm 63 and have concern but no big worries yet, just highly concerned for my dear nealy 85 yr old mother.
I fear huge death toll if not contained and with 0 medications at this time, bout a year down the line things could turn bad. I think it was the Spanish flu which took millions. On the news they listed many outbreaks over the century and several had millions die from the outbreaks. SARS was our last big one that one did not reach that high. But this had surpassed by lots so far.
I also notice how the national news seems to he avoiding news about death toll in China, guess they are not trying to cause panic in the US. I hope and pray all of us dont get infected by it. Take care and God Bless all.

Great dedi...we all hope Monique is feeling better. I think we will be concerned in the very near future by this horrible virus...two of my friends are stuck at their place because, last month, they went to Egypt but two ill persons were on the same plane.

I am somewhat concerned about this virus...I fall midway between you and your mom in age, so I do have to be careful...when you visit your mom, make certain you have really clean hands and no cheek kisses...what a pain this is, and with the idiot guy in the WH stating confusing, totally false crap, it only makes things worse for folks...just stay away from crowds and keep your hands away from your face...

As to the virus, I'm not too worried. I'm 61 and my health isn't great but I worry more about the flu and super bugs.

I'm not terribly concerned, but not getting out a lot these days (mostly due to weather, not viruses). There's one confirmed case locally, just across the state line in Johnson County Kansas. The person is being treated at the Univ. of Kansas Medical Center - which used to be one of my accounts years ago. I'm glad I'm not working anymore, because 95% of my accounts were hospitals and medical centers.

I'm a few years younger than you but my mom (who I take care of 24/7) is 92. She has a sister who's 99. I'm very worried about them as we all deal with this virus. I don't get out much so I hope we're spared.

I'm concerned, but not frightened. The U.S. government has done a pretty good job of limiting the exposure so far, and we should be starting to get warmer weather soon, which will probably help. I'm glad I don't live in China, though. Or worse, Iran!

Very nice artwork and 'dedi' Steve.....I likey! I try not to worry about the virus......I'm in my '70's', and I live by myself with my dog, and I don't have a car, so I don't really go anywhere. I kind of live out in the 'boondocks', so I have very little contact with people. Every couple of weeks, my sister comes over and does my grocery shopping for me....I'm always glad to see her.....she lives about a mile or so from me.....and she's 69 yrs old, and I'm in my 70's. My only brother lives in Ohio, so I only get to see him about once or twice a year......that's when he and his wife come back here to Pittsburgh, for our 'yearly' pizza and beer fest.....that's always a fun time for me, and my sister, and my brother and his wife......we all just sit around and 'stuff' ourselves with pizza, and my brother always brings some icy cold bottles of 'Rolling Rock' beer.....I LUV it!!!! 'lol'!!! I'm looking forward to this year's pizza and beer fest! So....all in all...at my age...I try not to worry about this virus that's spreading all over the world......it's in God's hands.....if He wants it to stop.....then He'll stop it......whatever happens, happens. I do pray that we find a cure for it, but, like I said.....whatever happens....happens....God is in charge. Just 'keep the faith' and pray.....sometimes prayer can work 'miracles'. Just a few days ago, I heard that Israel has found a vaccine for the 'virus'.....but now I don't hear anymore about it.....so maybe it was 'fake news' Anyways.....those are just my thoughts about the 'virus'.....I try not to worry about it....but....I still keep praying for a cure that'll 'wipe it out'!! This whole entire world just keeps going from 'bad to worse'......I'm thinking....what's gonna happen next.....I don't even wanna know......
