Description

I want to thank everyone for their kind comments and favs on my last image, they meant so much to me. Thank you. :o) When I was growing up I was lucky to spend my summers on Cape Cod. It was always sad when the end of the summer arrived and we had to pack up the house and leave. There was always the last sail, the last walk along beach, the last bonfire with sommores and the last sunset of the summer season. Great memories. :o)

I do too--I especially love the water and the feeling of winter coming--I've never been to Cape Cod but it sounds so nice! I see the geese are flying south, too;)

Oh, the last days of Summer... I always dread this time of year - allergies, cold rainy weather, impending snow storms. Boy, I must be getting old! lol! This is so beautifully done and a lovely Vue into your childhood memories! Wonderful details you put in here and I love the hint of sunlight shining through the storm clouds on the right side.

SUPER JOB on this... my family has a cabin that we say good bye to every summer - I can relate to what you feel here big time. Such a cool scene, does this look close to what you remember as a child? Looks like a dream spot, would love to jump through the screen and check it out.... go jet skiing - yeah, that's the ticket.
