La Femme, dial-spun character: Base + Biscuits + HD morphs; <20 morphs used, 3/4 for face, joint limits turned off for ballet pose
Minor custom morphs at La Femme joints, using Poser's morph tool to smooth out the joints due extreme angles required for ballet poses
(As an aside, I could *never* get v4, wm or otherwise, into serious ballet positions, even with major morphing of joints.)
Cynthia texture (from Cynthia character for La Femme)
Poser 11 Pro, SuperFly; 3 area lights, 1 key spot, HQ SS preset
Leotard, I made, using La Femme's mesh as a starter obj, Poser's morph tool, and Hexagon (ikr?)
Bun Hair; prop hair - no conversion needed
Art of Dance (toe shoes); converted from V4 in poser Fitting Room
(simple black physical materials texture)

Thank you! ^.^
The pose was tricky owing to the extreme angles. Not easily done in Poser, prior to La Femme. And even with La Femme... well, rigging is generally not made with dancers in mind :D . The flexibility is demanding even for a real human skeleton. Most CGI figures simplified skeletons just aren't up to it. La Femme is as close as I've experienced in Poser.
The ballet shoes rock, for sure! Art of Dance, with its included beautiful textures. Through the Poser Fitting room, with addition tight fitting added using the Poser morph tool.

Thank you ^.^
Dancers and rhythmic gymnasts are, I think, some of the highest forms of human individual achievement. The mix of breathtaking physical artistry and extreme ability are mind blowing. In my way, I pursue that excellence by trying to capture even a small bit of that feeling in CGI.
