Afternoon with you
Nibbling on scones
Sipping Earl Grey tea
Lying side by side watching
Petals cascade and fall
From the magnolia tree
Savoring fine aged wine
Smooth elegance so sweet
Intoxicating and divine
Hearts entwine in tune
Serenade me with song
While I sing you our dreams
Sunshine through clouds
Strolling hand in hand
On a mountain trail
The radiant sunrise and set
Blessed displays and splendor
Reflecting in your eyes
