This looks like something I'd find in a top-end graphic novel from DC-Vertigo, most likely written by Warren Ellis or Neil Gaimen In other words, Damn excellent work Angel!

Nice! Cool character. As Faemike says, there is an Ink character in the DC Universe in Batman Beyond. As the name implies, she can change to liquid form, among other things. Excellent image.
