A wonderful play of textures and leading lines. There is intricate detail in the fungi and I like your point of view as it shows them tapering off into the distance, which perfectly enhances them as leading lines and subjects. A lovely contrast between the fine textures of the wood and the course strong swirly lines of the mushrooms. I would have been tempted to increase the f stop to bring the whole picture into focus, but as you have shot the mushrooms themselves take center stage. I also like the even tonality, with nothign jarring or pulling you away from the main subject.
