Seasons Greetings Fellow Artists and Friends...
I apologize for the "Robo Pre-made Seasonal Greetings" this week as I just don't have enough time to actually comment as i usually do, do to Christmas just days away but wanted to visit to show I'm here to support your art during this most busy week and was the only way I could if just being a speedy pop in fly by greeting....
So....With that being said......
THANK YOU ALL for the response(Comment's/FAV's) on my Tribute to Thomas Kinkade...It's folks like YOU that make me want to grow and develop my artist's abilities in all that I do!
After creating the Tribute to T.K. I was able to do something that you can't do in an actual painting(well you could but you would have to paint another...lol) and so I wanted to take the scene further....so I pushed it backwards and added a few things like(more trees/bushes/more fence/car)as I always wondered why "painters" pick the POV they do and then wondered what would the rest of it had looked like if it was expanded to reveal whats beyond or around the border if the POV was different from the actual 1st choice and so this is what came of that idea.
Once again Thank You each and everyone for your comment's/favs/support and most of all...

You are correct Sir! This is surely in need of full size viewing, the detail is abundant, textures perfect, the reflections, lights and lighting, the snow cover also done with perfection. All in all this is indeed an excellent piece of work!!!!
Congratulations on your white Christmas Will :) You can have it - lol. This is really beautiful work and I'm glad you pulled back on the scene and made some additions. Ahhh, back when there weren't a bazillion lights on every house nor 'things in the yard' - just simple, folksy traditional stuff. You captured it well here. Beautiful scene and happy holidays to you!! I was just barely 10 on Christmas, 1957.
Lucky you--the very least you got your wish-A White Christmas after all. You have produced another Masterpiece here Will. Such a beautiful traditional Christmas setting captured with everything in it's place. A perfect 1957 setting. The colors, lighting and details are outstanding. Season's Greetings and Merry Christmas to you and your family.
Hello Will, Wow what a scene and such beauty ! You sure are one amazing artist and I am so proud of you for all that you have accomplished ! My husband says that he wants the 57 chevy:)Haha! well, I see that you have a lot of snow up there ! Brrrrr:) It is sunny and warm here with a slight chance of rain. Rain is a good thing. My garden needs it ! I woke up this morning and went out to feed all the critters and found that I have 9 brand new Christmas Bunnies in the nest and a proud Mama and Papa Bunny ! Speaking of which, I better go and do the evening feeding:)Well until the next time that we meet here, I pray that you and the family have a safe, warm, and blessed Christmas ! I am sending a whole bunch of Hugs up to your Neck of the woods so I hope that you have your arms opened wide so you can catch them all ! Hugs, Rose:):)
