I rarely redo an image, but my Millworker scene was quite labor intensive and I was never that happy with it, so I spent a couple of days and think I've greatly improved the overall composition and lighting. Hope you agree, but let me know either way, I always love hearing what you have to say. Thanks!

While this one has greater shadow depth I have to admit I prefer the composition of the first one. Having her gazing outside a window where you can see a bit of the street leaves no doubt she is stuck inside. Also in the former she is looking across a lot more of her inner space, which again forces one to feel for her confinement and is a method often used in occupational genre photography to tie a subject to their environment.
Pardon me for expressing a wee preference, just remember that honest critique is the hallmark of respect. I like the composition of the first one better, but I like the lighting and details added to this one as well. I think you should do another one and combine the best of both of them. Your work is superb on every level.
