I have been taking care of my father who has Alzheimer's and is now in a nursing home.Since he has been there he was diagnosed as a diabetic.Back in july I noticed his foot looked swollen,I removed his shoes and socks and he had a small cut on his shin,Not long after he started to get many ulcers on both feet! It got so bad that they amputated his right leg just above the knee on march 27th
. The Doctor said he had no blood flow in either leg.The left one got so bad that the removed it last week. Yesterday was his 80th Birthday.
To-day a nurse at the nursing home gave him 50.000
units of blood thinner when she was supposed to administer 5.000 units,so Back to the hospital @ 10:30 this morning, was there till after midnight, they said they are keeping him over night. Anyway I hope your all Happy and Healthy,
And I miss you All,Hope to get back in full swing soon!

wow....wow... You've gone through some hell. My Aunt had to have her toes amputated because of lack of circulation and SMOKING.... She was told to stop smoking, but even when she was placed on oxygen she smoked - and it blew up in her face - she was lucky her face just scabbed up - the explosion could of taken her face off...... I had noticed you hadn't been around, I was really looking for a mikeerson drink = lol... I lost my Mom in 2001, I didn't believe her time was up... to go through the alz and amps, you must be worn out... Have you played any guitar lately? I hope this next few months aren't as stressful on you.
Wow, Johnny - this is sooooo cool! An awesome sci-fi render for two of the coolest ladies around! Most excellent, Bro! Oh, dude....... Man, I hate to hear that about your dad - I know well what you're going through, bro! You are definitely in my thougths and prayers, Johnny. It's a tough thing to deal with, but take comfort in knowing you've got a lot of friends pulling for you both.
What a fantastic scifi render, Johnny. It reminded me of a scifi movie I have seen back then. Really nice, thank you that you had some time to post. I am so sorry to know about your dad's situation. I'll keep both of you in my thoughts and prayers. Take care, my friend!
