This is done for the Witcher Game fan art contest, I used poser skeletons but the rest is hand painted.

I'm afraid I don't know about this game but WoW I Love this look and setting!! The lighting effect for the sword is eerie cool as is the intensity of the characters concentration on what he is doing!!
