Trying to create a sort of comic book look, would like to here opinions on this, I can't imagine doing a complete comic book from a time point of view unless there are some clever shortcuts??

only shortcuts i can think of are either rendering in the cartoon mode (which i always seem to have trouble with and can never get it looking right) or take it into photoshop and perhaps use some cartoon/comic actions on them. Save your main character in D|S so you don't have to keep making her or redressing her or something. I really like the feel of movement here - the expression on her face, the faint ghosting at the top, the slight upward movement of her shirt. And strangely, that background really works!
