Description

Repulsed yet unable to look away, the knight of the old guard comes to the realization that his life is now over. Shortly, his limbs will grow heavy as the metamorphosis begins. StrongBlade by blbarrett, medusa hair part of the Monster Pack by DAZ. Hope you like it.

I like it alot! I'd like to see a version of this were he has partially or fulled turned to stone. Or maybe another version were the gorgon see's her own reflection and turns to stone. Possible? I'm not up on the greek myths. Keep up the good work!

Funny you should mention that droyd. I rendered a couple of versions of this with the knight being partially turned to stone. They didn't turn out quite the way I would've liked. I may end up making a sequel where Medusa is lying on top of a quarry of her victims if I can find the time.

This is true story telling through art Eric, just magnificently rendered. The Gorgon's reflection in the shield masterfully executed, and her enlarged shadow makes it all appear far more menacing. Excellent work. Were your 'ratings' engaged, I would give it a 9000...lol.
