Though I've viewed your work for a long time now, I'm always amazed at how surprised I am by image after image. I can't explain how, I just always feel like I'm seeing something I never expected before, both fresh and bursting and mysterious and delightful. I love this: You didn't just make it white and blue; you gave all that texture to the hues---the elf's gown has so much flow and variations. And the aqua greens and different blues all mix with the whites, beautifully. I love the ice cubes in the background---a wonderful bit of fancy and surrealism. And those high laced boots. So she's heading for the north pole, as spring comes in? (Maybe she'll be heading to the south pole after a short rest...they're getting colder down there now.) I also love that you leave the background a deep white, with blue undertones: It feels like a winter white-out scene, with a top frame of icicles...Also, a great head covering, and she has penetrating green eyes. I love this. Perfect for the coming of spring (and exit of winter)---particularly right for this winter. A magical and delightful image.

(And I can tell you that Slivovitz isn't a great way to get in a good mood, unless you have a stomach made of cast iron: Some people find it "delightful"---if you're one of those, kudos. I compare it to toxic industrial waste, except toxic industrial waste's a lot tastier. If you ever try it, get a reeeeeallllly small bottle: Otherwise save the rest to keep away intruders and remove house paint and primal slimes. The stuff is reeealllllly strong...)
