Cool scene. The yellowi light brings out the fur really well, though I could imagine that a bit more darkness would increase the suspense even more, maybe a vignette would already be enough.Or the pavement needs some darkening. Anyway. inspired me on a hunting scene as well (thanks for the idea).
Great historical reference, too (Admittedly I had to fill the gaps...).

Your new image is really very well done! Next week I finally have an appointment for a computed tomography (CT) and I hope that they will find out where exactly my unbearable back pain comes from. I wish you a already a nice weekend, stay vigilant and healthy!
