Description

Taken in my garden this morning. We have a hummingbird feeder, but rather than fly directly to it, most of the time the hummingbirds land on this tomato cage, check things out to make sure it's safe & only then fly over to the feeder to sip on the sugar water... Please zoom.

smart birds and a superb capture. at my cousin's ranch there is a hummingbird feeder hanging on their back patio roof cover. the birds go there to feed with people on the patio. I took some pictures but none were worth posting

Great catch. I've only been lucky enough to see one of these birds in the wild! It by the side of the beach on the North Shore of Oahu. What a delicate and beautiful creature.
