Description

In honor of Earth Day, I thought I'd share this Florida Red-bellied Turtle image. Looks like he could use a good back scrubbing, but I'm sure he's happy the way he is. Photographed in the pond out back with my new Rebel T1i camera and EF-S 18-135mm f/3.5-5.6 IS Lens. I finally got my dream DSLR camera and lens so hopefully I will be posting more photos as I get more familiar with the camera. Thanks for stopping by, and any thoughts you wish to share. Patrish

Such a cool turtle! Amazing back there - this works well for him as he can 'hide' from preditors. Really great photo.
