so good to see you posting again...especially since I'll be stepping away from RR for a few weeks, and you posted just before I left...You know, in some ways you shoot like you're working with film. Your work has a softness and natural-ness that one often finds in film. And you don't process your photographs to look too digital. This is a typical, beautiful Alida photo, with broad sweeping lines, and atmosphere---the natural fade of mountains in the background, and a sky as clear and sweet as a sky can get. The clouds are so soft and present. It's a beautiful place too: I can see why dyed-in-the-wool Sardinians love their homeland so much...
