Go Thy Way - "Go thy way; thy faith hath made thee whole."
"When he had thus spoken, he spat on the ground, and made clay of the spittle, and he anointed the eyes of the blind man with the clay,
"And said unto him, Go, wash in the pool of Siloam, (which is by interpretation, Sent.) He went his way therefore, and washed, and came seeing." -- John 9:6-7
I love visiting Israel. Years ago, on my first visit, I met an archaeologist who had uncovered the steps leading to Solomon's Temple. According to him, it is the only for-sure location that we can say, "Jesus walked here." It was on those steps that he healed the blind man. It was fortuitous that we met the man and were able to get a behind-the-scene tour of their archeological dig.
Using M4 and various props and clothing I created some reference images and painted this scene.

@FurNose, Thank you for the complement.
Yes, I thought about the empty streets (like the streets in Jerusalem would EVER be this empty.) At some point I might add some people traversing the stairs, but for now... this will do. I have LOTS of photos of people in Old Jerusalem to use for reference. I just need to put robes on them.
This is the first time I've painted Jesus and dare show it to the public.
