Description


Taken a couple of weeks back when we had a very sunny cold morning (It's part of my new year res - take as many good photo's I can preferably with a bit of exercise thrown in for good measure).

Although the dark zone at the bottom is too large IMHO (I would have cropped it), this is a beautiful picture ! Congratulations for the selection of this image in LWitG #5 (Last Week in the Gallery #5) ! :~)

Thanks for the comments, getting no noise in the black was simply luck (and a fair few photo's). Looking at it from a subjective point of view you're right GiMi53, I just didn't see it. I kept the post work to a minimum (a resize of the RAW image to get it down to a postable size was about it) looking at it now though I can see what you mean, it is a tad too close to a 50/50 composition split. Inclusion in LWitG has however has made my day :D .
