I know this is freaky, but it's actually a 'Good Luck' mask---meant to shoo away evil. It's an Elder who scares away bad-souls, out of love for his/her people. Fr. Central America; wood and paint. (Ok, enough freak-out stuff.) Have a fine night, m (I really find this beautiful) ---------

An excellent capture of the mask, most likely worn by shamans in tribes, which when viewed objectively, has loverly detail and color. I really like it. I also like the lighting effects you achieved in this pic. I wonder if this masque can be worn in lieu of the current cloth ones used to prevent the spread of the dreaded Covid-19 disease.
