Description

This was my first render with Poser Pro 2012. I've had some major problems with this release and tonight was the first time I was able to get a render out of it... So hopefully it stays that way :)lol This is not a straight 2012 render - I altered it a bit in photoshop.

A cute character and a good fantasy scene ! I like the reflections of the "effects" on the ground ... New versions are sometimes a pain, so many different computer composants, operating systems and so on ... :-(

I am totally empathetic - it took me almost two weeks of fiddling and aggravation to get a render I liked. But as we see here, it is very satisfying program once you get control of it. I think the big problem for us is having to shed the years of baggage we have developed in old poser and to force ourselves to pick up a new toolbox... for indeed poserpro2012 is a whole new beast. I like this image, it has the clean smooth feel of a pp2012 render. Of course you did postwork, what artist of quality does not? One thing you might consider is to turn the GC down from 2.2 to 1.1. That will create a more vibrant image, especially skin tones. Don't know if that's something you would want but this looks like the default setting to my eyes.
