Description

I entitled this one "Enigma" as I couldn't think of anything to title it as. I often have a title come to mind while working on the image, or start with a concept and title in mind; often modeled around a song title. With this one, I had nothing, though a bit of a story evolved around my attempt to come up with one. She wasn't like her sisters. She wasn't petite and fragile looking, but athletic, voluptuous, and formidable in appearance; something she felt was a bit of a curse. She also wasn't all about the family business and supporting her sisters ambitions; she worked hard at the family restaurant, but had her own dreams and enjoyed her time alone in quiet reflection. Her sisters were busy, task oriented girls, always on the go; and she was a thinker who loved poetry, the little things in life, and wondered if she'd ever have family of her own. In the evenings when her sisters were out on dates or helping each other around the apartment they all shared; she would sneak off to the beach to cool off in the water and watch the sunset/moonrise while observing the interaction of the people she would see. One evening on her way home she happened to glance at an apartment building and spotted a man on a balcony. By the light of the moon and the candle upon a small table he sat by, she could see he was reading a book. Not something many people seem to do much anymore, she thought. She noticed him several more evenings that week as she walked back home from the beach; wondering what he might have been reading interesting enough to consume his time. On one occasion she noticed what appeared to be a little dog sitting out there with him too. She began to spend a little more time each week watching him. She didn't know why she seemed so interested in watching someone reading on a balcony; but most evenings he was there; on calm evenings, warm ones, rainy ones, it didn't seem to matter; just as she visited the beach to witness the exchange of day for night, he ventured out to read and relax. It wasn't too long before she started bringing a book of poetry to read with her; taking a seat on a nearby bench. She would read a verse or two, and gaze up to see the gentleman reading, sometimes noting a hand dropped down to pet the dog resting by his side. Once in a while, she would observe he and the dog briefly leaving and reappearing, assuming a visit outdoors was called for by his furry companion. She also didn't think he had any clue that her evening pause was to observe him, if he had even noticed her at all. The truth was, he had noticed her; but also didn't believe she could be watching him. He did find it quite interesting that this girl he quietly referred to as the stalker was also interested in reading books. Though he couldn't understand why this young lady, who even when mostly hidden in the darkness of the late evening looked so beautiful wouldn't be out on dates or followed by would be suitors. Then came a bold move on his part. A bit of departure from the normal evening's brief venture to the dog park. As he was ready to follow routine and make the right turn toward the dog park, after exiting the elevator, he turned left towards the park she was sitting at. His first thought was to observe this girl and see if he could determine who she was watching in the apartment building. Then, once outside he decided maybe attempting to strike up a conversation about her book might be more interesting. He managed to get half way towards her without being noticed. She caught on to his attempted surprise, and tried to look oblivious to his approach by burying herself into the book of poetry. It was of little use though as he had drawn close enough to recognize the book she read from and exclaimed, "Oh, I love their work, must have read that book a hundred times." From that moment, something began to develop that neither would have ever imagined. Thanks for viewing & reading this long story. Have a wonderful weekend!

I ran out of space to note it, but this is the character Yumi by Countess, Silver, and Daz Originals with a lot of adjustments on my end; but the face is unaltered. She is for Mei Lin 6; I just went to town on morphs to create a very voluptuous character.

I wish I had thought of saving the character at the time; I could have created a short series off of it. I didn't think about saving her until I had already closed the program. I'm sure I could still manage to recreate her though, just not sure if I will have the time in the coming weeks to continue it in a timely fashion.

What a stunning beauty! How could she possibly be the ignored sister? Great work on this.

Oh my, I have a ton of books, but none of poetry or romance. Furthermore, I can't identify with the situation because I don't even have a balcony, or a dog. In any event, a magnifique rendering of the lovely femme, looking so appealing in that sexy outfit, a doll I would definitely like to know, and a very well composed novella to go along with it.

Excellent work on this figure and its narrative. I bet you could market her if you recreate her.

Thank you! I've had people ask if I could create characters for sale. As stated, so many of the characters available are barbie dolls and not truly reflective of real people; and I guess there is a desire for more voluptuous figures -- even if mine tend to be a little idealistic too. I have only recreated myself so far, and I'm not for sale....LOL I haven't every tried creating other characters, but would be interested in learning to do it. As is, I need to get back to learning to create content. There's isn't an abundance of real normal clothing that I would like to wear myself in everyday life, so I tend to keep reusing what is available.
