These are some relatively quick visuals I made with Carrara, SketchUp and Hexagon, to illustrate a point we wanted to make about older office space that could be offered empty, with an interior designer to make it something that fits the character of the company renting the space, instead of what some unknown architect or designer thinks is nice (in Dutch I can make this make sense, really). I mixed Sky Light and Indirect Light renders with Non Photorealistic renders (just lines and only diffusion) and sometimes a ToonPro! render for other kinds of lines, in Photoshop. For some of the office furniture I used some furniture of Google 3D Warehouse, which I exported from SketchUp in 3ds format. There was not much time, and it was enough to make these architectural looking sketches. These visuals were subsequently used in a mock brochure, which was shown in a PowerPoint presentation behind the speaker. It worked to get the point accross. It's nice to have such great tools at one's disposal!
