This is somewhat an inside joke. You'd probably have to be a fan of the online comic strip, Freefall, as well as a regular visitor to its forum, in order to properly appreciate it all. That said, consider this an experiment in cross-species role-reversal. White Pony (far left) is normally a unicorn pony, and Ms. Ambrose (middle) is normally an anthropomorphic wolf. Look through some of my other gallery images to see them in their natural forms.
I simply started wondering one day what might happen if Sam and Helix (far right) stumbled across a pair of telepods in an old military salvage yard and decided to "borrow" the technology for their own purposes. This was the inevitable twisted result.
For those of you curious about the sticky notes and control panel display, they aren't much easier to read at the image's original resolution of 1600x1200. They say the following:
"DNA TRANSFER: 100% COMPLETE"
(The yellow line underneath is a progress bar.)
Sticky note #1:
"PUSH THIS BUTTON --->"
Sticky note #2:
"<--- NOT THIS ONE !!"

Getting silly for a moment, I just realized something. How the heck did you get White Pony INTO one of the chambers while he was still a unicorn and how did you get Florence OUT of the other chamber once she was reconstituted into a horse?! I mean, look at the sizes involved! Seriously, this is one of your most innovative compositions yet, especially since you constructed both Helix and Sam totally on your own. I especially like the mechanistic details you added to Helix. The featureless orb and limbs works well with Stanley's minimalistic style, but in 3D, he needs something extra, and you provided it. Please continue this series! Sincerely, Bill
