Description
From time to time a brazen, or perhaps foolish, demon chooses to make an assault on the Portal of Light. These unfortunate diabolicals are destined to meet the protector of that door to the realm of angels. It will be their first, and last, encounter with the one known only as Demon_Slayer.

This image is for a real Angel, Savage_dragon, who has been a friend in helping me slay any number of 3D demons! She also gave me the Wicked Eyes that grace my Demon_Slayer. Thanks, Angel, for everything!
The production of this image had its own set of demons. I had partially constructed a scene with my Demon_Slayer and saved it a couple days ago....only to have DAZ refuse to open it. Fortunately I had saved the character in another file, and so began anew and constructed a different scene...more or less the one you see here. Then DAZ refused to render it. The scene would render for about an hour and then crash DAZ. Adjusting, and eliminating various elements, and after about 12 hours of rendering and crashing, I isolated the offending component to the Uber-environment. So I had to give up on trying to use it in this scene and tried to re-create the effect with my own lights. I think it turned out well.

I think she is hypnotized... the demon is making her think she killed him, but there is no blood on the sword... he's laying there quietly and is going to suggest to her he is her mate who has just arrived to hold her.... I think he want to give her a present that she won't get for 9 months = lol... well, ya gotta think like a demon when you view stuff like this, so, I gotta say, she's in trouble - lol

Wow - Outstanding artwork, Marco! All the time and trouble you went to for this image has certainly paid off! This is magnificent! So DAZ isn't immune to having a candy-coated hissy-fit from time to time! I thought that was just a Poser malady! I suppose all 3D programs have thier own set of demons. Well, I'm glad your demon slayer helped you get rid of that nasty rascal, so you could post this for the rest of us to enjoy. Excellent!!

First of all, this is a fantastic image. But now, as I see it, Demon_Slayer has a problem on her hands: demon disposal. Does she call a service truck to haul the carcass away, or does she have to slice this guy up and process him in a wood chipper? Anyway, I'm certain something needs to be done as he'll become quite ripe in a couple of days. Well done.
