Description
It was so dark the sky full of black clouds but the horizon was getting brighter. The sun cracked through the darkness and lit the vapour clouds on the cooling towers and worked it's magic, it suddenly looked full of power.
The image was so contrasty and lacking in colour I decided to convert to mono, for more impact.
I hope you like this one, it is where I worked for over 20 years. It is the most impressive I ever saw the place in all that time.

Looks great in the monochrome tones. We have had some conditions like this when the sky looks threateningly dark and you get just a few minutes of brilliant sunlight, perfect for photography!

Excellent to convert this to mono, this looks almost like an IR shot with the high contrasty clouds and dark sky, maybe this would make a great pseudo IR?, nice POV!!
