The colors here are amazing!!! You can't take credit for the art of such a lovely sunset, but you deserve serious kudos for the capture of nature's raw beauty. More of the silouhetted trees at the bottom or used in framing would visually strengthen this photo in contrast and subject.

Hey Richard, I didn't know you were a Texan (somehow I got the misimpression you lived in New Jersey)! This is a great photo of a gorgeous sunset. What's perhaps most amazing about it to me is that the sun is still quite clearly there, yet there are no distortions, sun dogs, color imbalances . . .. It must have been a very moving, golden experience and you captured the moment beautifully! Excellent and thanks for sharing.
