Cypress trees lives in water. in NE Texas at a lake there are thousands and Louisiana has so many cypress trees in the swamps

I didn't know cypress trees grew in the water...This shows what I assume is a shallow end of this pond, I love how it juts into the shot. And the trees in the background are kind of scruffy and soft at the same time...it looks like the land has yellow-tinted sunlight. Very peaceful (and not a person in the shot, that I can see). Peaceful tranquil shooting once again.
