Very, very interesting. This has so much detail that, in the hands of someone less skilled than you, would be a hot mess. But as it is, you manage to create a real sense of balance between the various shades of blue. I really like the texture running over the background – it does a wonderful job of flattening it out, which is a VERY good thing here (if there were a huge sense of depth, she would get completely lost in it). The white "watermark" pattern you selected really contributes to the overall cyberpunk vibe. I'm also a big fan of the texture you have selected for her body. It is dynamic and the softness gives it an almost organic look.

You know, if the background were swapped left-to-right (to put the dark balls at the left of the illustration), I think this would make an excellent book cover. I could almost see this on something like "Do Androids Dream of Electric Sheep" (Philip K. Dick) or something more cyberpunk, like Neuromancer (William Gibson). Excellent work!
