Description

Please click for full-size, the gallery compression makes it look blurry otherwise. :( My word, I never thought this render would turn into such a prolonged effort. :-) For this iteration, I gave our heroine a more individual face and better expression, added dog to balance composition, added dramatic interaction between ghoul and dog for interest. V3 with my own morph, M3 with GoM morph and tex; elements of DAZ's Regency Dining Room, Study, Great Room, and Eclectic Swan; RDNA's Autumn Leaves scatters. Freebies used: Pixeluna's scary Creeper pose, Lyne's terrific Airedale morph for the P3 dog. Rendered in P6 w/Firefly, postwork in Painter IX. This is my last reworking of this image. I was originally going to enter it into DAZ's Halloween contest, but my machine can't render that large. :( The Vampire of Croglin Grange is a real, scary legend: http://www.shroudeater.com/ccroglin.htm Happy Halloween, and thanks for looking!

Beautiful haunting scene. Excellent lighting, poses, morphs and textures. I kind of like the blurry effect, makes it look sort of painterly, like Whistler or Sargent doing horror.
