Description

The view across the road from my front door. It does pain my heart to think of all the 1000's of people who spent their lives picking cotton by hand. The plants are very prickly and tear up the fingers and hands, so this must have really been hard work, not to mention how hard it must have been to bend over for so many hours a day. I hope that your week has gotten off to a great start and that you have enjoyed the day. HUGS!!!

To tell the truth, I don't recall ever seeing a cotton field, but I may have when traveling through the deep south during my youth. Lovely and interesting capture, with great depth of field, my dear! Nice frame too. Hugs!!!
