One of the (many) things I've been working on - in between upheavals - are a few back-stories for some of the characters in the T.N.A. saga. I have stories for G4 and the Director pretty much completed, and just going through a little fine-tuning. These two stories are going to be formatted for both web and in PDF format. I'm still working on the formatting as well as looking into formatting the entire T.N.A. story for PDF publication. And yes, I am working on getting Page 40 up soon, and getting things moving along again.
With all the crap going on - Jo's medical issues (which seem to be improving slowly), computers and other gear going on strike, putting AB May's kids through college with all my plumbing issues, and etc, etc, etc ad infinium, ad nauseum, my creativity has taken a kick to the 'nads the last few months. But one of the ways I get through challenges is to forget it for a while and immerse myself in creating something that maybe others will enjoy. So getting the T.N.A. story back on track is at the top of my list. It's beginning to have a following beyond the borders of Rendo as well, so it's time to get rolling!
As always, thank you all so much for your comments, support, friendship, and inspiration over the last 10 years! Here's to the next 10!
Love you all!

This has all the qualities of a good poster, Rod: I tend to look at much of the internet on my iPhone, and while it’s one of the large models, it’s still a mobile screen and hence I see a smallish version of what we’re used to on big screens. If an image works both for small screens and larger ones, it’s a winner in my opinion. And yours does, so well done! Now what has The Director (presumably before he became a director) found in the mysterious woods? What are the beautiful purple woods? And how does this tie up with the T.N.A. organisation?
Excellent teaser! Some very cool and mysterious imagery. I'm forcing my literary muse by fixing and doing some rewrites on the Urath story for the first "book". That's all over at DA, but I'm finding it is stirring the juices that could finally get me to continue with that story and make my way to a finish. Getting your TNA story published, I think, is an excellent idea. That kind of accomplishment is quite rewarding. My experience being in putting out a couple of CDs as part of a band.
A fantastic and fascinating cover art image! Beautiful imagined and superbly well realized! Your plate is running over with hardships! I pray you get some relief soon but thank god you have your artistic talents to fall back on when you need them! Many many fine kudos on your courage and perseverance!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
A beautiful and very atmospheric image! Really like this one, Rod. The blend between the trees and the sky is superb. You have a marvelous eye and great skill. When I saw you going at that mean ceiling with a crowbar I was kinda hoping some money would fall out of there. Should've printed some monopoly money and put them in there before the video =)
(I'm going backwards, and I'll end with the TNA piece.) First, congratulations on 10 years! Is it 10 years to the date? You've been one of the rocks of gibraltar here, and you deserve lots of kudos for all you've given, as an artist and as a friend to us all. Second, good luck on your pdf work, and with all the stuff that's getting a following in other venues. You deserve that. Third, I hope your progress is going well enough to give you a sense of accomplishment. I know it's been a lonnnnnng slog in the last several months. You figure, you'll retire and then you'll have tons of free time...then, wham!!! (Bye bye free time!) I hope things are at least 'moving' these days. I hope it's getting easier. I wish you a lot better fall, friend. A lot better than your spring and summer.
Finally, this is a real movie still ! A woman in green (right---green?) sneaking into the shot, looking into this very purple forest-opening (against a purple sky), with some mysterious light in the center---and we're left wondering, what's going on, what's going to happen, etc. Very well done, Rod. It really feels like a harbinger of things to come. Very professionally done. (And you didn't use typical hollywood lead-ins---a tagline like "Just when you thought it was safe to go out..." You didn't need that. The picture says it all.) Perfect poster.
Dark and disturbing image with very surreal lighting. The use of large amounts of red makes the scene especially chilling. Are you sure this is not meant to be for a horror/supernatural thriller?
Will be following your TNA saga. Keep working at it!
