An almost-eerie capture of this mackerel sky; I had a dream once when I was a teenager than involved apocalyptic events, and the sky looked like this. I do hope it wasn't a premonition dream! Excellent shot, Harry!

Now here you have an almost metallic sky: One of the many variations of this series. Such silvery tones; and the sun makes a bright pure white; and then there are muddy grays too against a deep dark blue. Lots of variety in the shapes too---some of them muddy and amorphous, others sharp as can be. All over some low-placed home tops (this is sounding like a menu in an uppity restaurant---"all served over a bed of lightly grayed house-tops with a touch of tarragon"...). As you often do, you give the ground level only in the lowest part of the image, and often just in part; so the sky will dominate. I've always thought that choice was just right. An ominous, looming and beautiful image, with almost unearthly light.
