It is truly amazing how you create so much detail in your renders. The natural poses of all the men, and all those props (food, glasses, bottles, presents, stockings, the stereo and the tree, they're everywhere, as well as the outside window and snow falling! Wonderful scene! Wish I could be there with those guys lounging about in their socked feet! (😀)

And yes, I'll take another glass of wine, too! Here's wishing you the happiest holiday season!

The composition seems natural -- like a well composed photograph should be. It's all very cozy and -- of course -- you really create a sense of "place" and "now" with all the little details (as noted, gifts, stockings, stereo, table, etc.). This seems like a real place. Unfortunately, the lighting is working against you. The brightness of the window is naturally pulling our eyes away from the guys in the room. Even though I like that it's daytime out so we can see the snow falling, I can't help but wonder if a night scene and the addition of candles on the table (and possibly the stereo), as well as pumping up the Christmas tree lights, wouldn't help enhance the composition by shifting our gaze to the room. Also, and this is a thought only, not really a suggestion: Would lighter trousers on the far-right guy work better at increasing the sense of intimacy that we're getting between him and the guy sitting between his legs? Just something to mull over.

BTW: Which tree and wreath are you using? I like them (I got a wreath over at Daz and I'm not entirely happy with it).

Now, I'm not driving, so have those guys pour a glass of wine for me, too!

Merry Christmas!
