Oh, how I love Chives in my potato salad - yummy, in my herb-garden they don't get a chance to blossom, like yours, because they get eaten, before they have chance to grow back again... I love the lighter shade of pink, or almost a fuchsia colour, simply gorgeous ! especially as the centre one is sharp and the rest slightly blurred - brilliant !
