Description

Okay, so this is that last one I'll post before school starts again.. I promise! :) Done in Photoshop in approx 1,5 hours. A study in composition and colour. No photo-reference. It's the first time I've drawed something like this... but I guess I have to learn it sooner or later. www.thomaskrahn.com I hope you like it! :) Best regards, Thomas :)

This is lovely, quite a departure from the photorealism. Really like the painterly effect, very evocative. Always look forward to seeing what you are doing and where your experiments lead! :-)

You've learned it very well! Awesome painting! The way the shades of the mountains disappear into the skylight, just magnificent. Wonderful job on this! :)

Fantastic style! Reminds me of some storyboards I have seen for some major motion pictures! Superb sense of light and shadow, as well as scale! Bravo!

A wonderful painting. I like very much how you've done those rays going through the holes on the rocks. Great atmosphere. It deserves to be framed and put on a wall.
