Description

It's been a while since I played with compositing a figure into one of my photos.... This is Cassandra. She's a mish-mash of body and head morphs I've had moldering away in my runtimes for a long time. Her generous proportions are from Kaleya's Sexy Shapes 3. I added a bit of my own fiddling and sculpting with the morph brush, and came up with her. I called her Cassandra - mainly because it's the first thing that popped into the 3 functional brain cells I have left after last week. Hope you like her - I sure do! LOL I took the photo a couple years ago. This machine shop has had that giant gear in front of their building for as long as I can remember. They keep it painted and looking good. Thanks for all the great, fun comments on my last post - I got a good giggle out of several of them! I think Frankie ran out of ammo, but I hear he's opening up a kick-starter page.... :-O Hope everyone is having a great weekend! Now, back to work on T.N.A!

You and tetrasnake do the very best poser photo combos, Rod. With her big eyes she is a T.N.A. er. Nice work my friend, top notch shadowing.

Duuuuuuhhhhhh.....HI! O.O

Really nice integration with the photo! You got a gear? We have a giant cowboy boot. We used to have a giant beer can too, but that disappeared.

Haaaa! Thanks for the laugh! That gear is really something. Wonder what machine it came from? Great job compositing, especially her shadow - these are always the hardest to get done right - angle of the light vs Poser figure and matching shadow textures with surrounding lighted textures- GACK! Enough to frighten me off. This inspires me to look for some of my old compositing work, or maybe make something new. It's fun, but takes a lot of time. I'm surprised you have any energy (or brain cells) left to do anything after your bad week. So this amazes me.

My rating - a 6+!

First, Cassandra fits perfectly into the color scheme of the photo, with her striking brown top, and those stockings nearly matching the browns of the shop exterior. Of course she's gonna draw-in business, alot more than that well-kept wheel! I don't think the machine guys are gonna have trouble getting customers right now... Special touches: The bright yellow of her sandal insoles, love 'm; the sheen on her skirt; the bright nail polish; how you lined her up with the wheel behind her---and really strong hues on that---as a photo, the wheel really makes a strong contrast with the beiges and browns behind it. I really like the shot, and the feel of it, it feels very big even though it's just the front of a store. Fine patterns too. As the only human in the area, she sure as hell stands out! Like, the owner of this place must have one helluva family...Terrific job, Rod. And btw, a street address as big as "11433" is usually in a huge city, with lonnnnnnng roads. The feel of this shot is either suburban or countryside---it's just wild to see such an address that isn't surrounded by tons of buildings and cars.
