Description

Something I caught on Cape Cod. I have just ordered my companion camera and I do believe I have made a good choice. Its a NIKON. The P7700. Cannot say how excited I am. SLR quality images, in a much smaller package. A large image sensor. An f 2.0 lens... :) Wide angle and 50MM lens photography will be reserved for my Canon SLR. All others... NIKON. That is my plan. :)

What an awesome house!!! Love the widow's walk at the top. I live in southern New Hampshire and have only been to Cape Cod once...guess I should take another trip...something best done off-season, LOL.

What a gorgeous photo this is , with spot-on lighting and a quality of colours that tops it all. As you mention your latest Nikon camera, I must admit I quite share your viewpoint on Nikon and Cannon. It took me some time to get used to my D80 but I don't regret my purchase now! ....This photo of yours here is a real beauty.

What a wonderful bit of architecture this is! I love the details, and the cupola is marvellous. I think you'll like your new camera! You'll LOVE the flip screen. It will give you a new appreciation for low-angle shots! I can't wait to see what kind of results you get with it. Congratulations on your decision! :)

congrats on the new camera. if I return someday overseas, I will buy a smaller fixed lens camera probably very ornate trim on the house. it can be a pain to paint.spraying is the only way I like how you was below it to take the picture

Great capture Fred but I bet this house would have a totally different appearence and atmosphere at dusk turning into a creepy and haunted look accentuated by the twisted winter trees! Great news on the new camera!

A wonderful capture of this old Victorian and an enclosed 'widows walk' up on the roof!
